Dutch Long-Sleeve Dress Shirt, Blue, Surplus. A rugged long-sleeve dress shirt made from durable blend fabric with epaulet patches. Features two breast pockets for secure storage. There is a patch for a name tag on the chest, which can easily be removed if desired.

Material: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester.

Condition: Good condition surplus. Natural wear may be present due to storage.

Size: Size is indicated as follows: NATO size first, followed by user height range and chest girth range in parentheses.
