M05 Tactical® Combat Shirt, Woodland Camo

M05 Tactical® Combat Shirt, Woodland Camo.  This enhanced combat shirt model is based on the Defense Forces' M05 shirt. The sizing of the body and sleeves matches the PV's equivalent model. Zipper pockets have replaced the hook-and-loop sleeve pockets for more convenient use and quieter access compared to the Velcro version. The pockets are large enough to fit an area map or GPS device. The top of the sleeve pockets is equipped with 100 mm of Velcro tape to meet military infrared visibility requirements. Besides being able to attach insignia and other patches to the Velcro, you can also store a multi-tool behind the patch tab. Quite handy!

The M05 woodland camo fabric meets IR visual reflection requirements, allowing you to remain concealed from night vision devices. The body of the shirt is made with Coolmax-Fresh® yarn produced by Invista, an American company. The yarn's channeling transports moisture away from the skin through capillary action, accelerating evaporation from the fabric surface for effective cooling. Additionally, the yarn contains silver ions that kill bacteria and prevent odor formation from sweat.

The fabric structure is the same type used by the Defense Forces in their hot weather undershirts. This knit is exceptionally breathable and cool, even in hot conditions. It could even be said that due to the added silver ions, this material exceeds Mil-Spec standards. An excellent choice to wear under protective vests. The collar height has been increased by 1.5 cm for better neck protection. The inside of the collar and the trim are made from the same Coolmax-Fresh® knit used in the body of the shirt. The collar and trim feel soft against the skin. A zipper flap covers the top of the zipper to prevent it from rubbing against the neck. The cuffs have Velcro fastenings that can be tightened according to the weather conditions. The shirt features raglan sleeves.

Note! As the torso section is made of breathable Coolmax fabric, its durability is lower and it is more prone to pilling. For instance, a Velcro surface rubbing against the shirt can swiftly cause pilling.

Size: You can use the same size as your PV shirt. Long sizes are longer, short sizes are shorter. Regular is the normal length. If you are tall and have long limbs, consider choosing the long model.
