Instructions (images on the back of the packaging): Stay calm. Place the white gauze pad from the bandage on the wound at one end. Do not touch the white pad to keep it sterile. Wrap the elastic bandage tightly around the limb or body part. The other end of the bandage has Velcro attachment across the width, allowing you to secure the bandage. It's advisable to practice first aid skills in advance, so that when an accident occurs, you know how to act correctly.
