Instructions (images on the back of the packaging): Remain calm. Apply the white gauze pad at one end of the bandage to the wound. Do not touch the white pad to keep it sterile. Wrap the elastic bandage tightly around the limb or body part. The other end of the bandage has Velcro fastening the entire width of the bandage, allowing you to secure it at the desired point. It is advisable to practice first aid skills in advance, so you know how to act effectively in case of an emergency.
