BoglerCo Ultralight Trowel. Yes, you read that right! This is the modern-day poop trowel for burying waste while out camping. The BoglerCo Ultralight Trowel is made from high-quality aircraft aluminum, weighing in at just 13.5 g. A unique feature is the palm-protecting support piece at the narrow end of the trowel. The blade edge is serrated.
Serrated Edge for Cutting Roots
The edge is serrated, making it excellent for cutting small roots.
Padding at the Tip
This trowel features a palm-protecting plastic support piece at its narrow end. The support piece makes it more comfortable to use, as it won’t dig into your palm. You won’t need gloves when using this trowel to protect your hands.
About the Material
The BoglerCo Ultralight Trowel is constructed from extremely durable, high-quality aircraft aluminum. The strength-to-weight ratio competes with titanium. You can confidently dig in rocky soil without fear of the trowel tip bending or breaking. It weighs only 13.5 g.
Usage as a Wedge
The BoglerCo Ultralight Trowel can also be used as a wedge in soft soil, snow, and sand. For snow and sand, position the wedge sideways.
Technical Specifications
Material: Aircraft Aluminum
Weight: 13.5 g (0.48 oz)
Length: 18.4 cm / 7.25 inches.
Features
The thin edge neatly cuts turf and small roots. The serrated edge cuts medium-sized roots. The end piece made from UV-resistant plastic is secured with 2 stainless steel screws.
The padding/support piece offers comfort and digging power. You can apply full force while digging without the handle digging into your palm. Holes in the handle enhance grip during use. Thread a cord through the two holes in the center of the trowel for a 'dead man's anchor' feature. It can also be used as a wedge.
Note! Do not expose to flames! Exposure to fire alters the metal's heat treatment properties, compromising its durability.
