Material and Waterproofing

The EASY Tarp 3 x 3 is made from lightweight and durable waterproof 190T polyester. The waterproofing rating is 3000 mm, providing excellent protection against various weather conditions.

Attachment Loops

The EASY Tarp 3 x 3 has 19 loops. Of these, 16 are located on the edges of the tarp, and the remaining 3 are along the ridge line. The loops are U-shaped and reinforced.

Reinforcement on the Ridge

The tarp carries Bushmen Travel Gear's typical reinforced edging, which provides durability and structure to the tarp. The tarp can also be secured without the ridge line, allowing the guy lines to be directly attached to trees.

The product includes the following accessories

6 x 18 cm Y-pegs to secure the tarp firmly to the ground. The pegs are bright orange, weighing only 12 g each, making them easy to locate in the terrain.

6 x 3 m adjustable guy lines with sliders, which also act as safety features for the tarp. With these adjustable guy lines, securing the tarp is effortless. One end hooks onto the tarp's loop and the other end secures to a peg or tree. The sliders allow for quick and easy tension adjustments without knots. Longer guy lines help find suitable anchor points and allow for setting up the tarp in various shapes.

2 x PRUSIK-PRO flexible loops equipped with hooks. The Prusik Pro loops are highly versatile, commonly used to attach the tarp to the ridge line. The elastic bands reduce the chance of the tarp tearing. The flexible Prusik Pro loops can also secure gear to a backpack or bicycle frame.

The hook at the end of the Prusik Pro loop may detach if too much stress or force is applied to the tarp. Care should be taken to avoid excessive strain on the tarp and its attachment points. Reattach the buckles and hooks as needed, instructions below.

How to reattach the end of the elastic or cord back to the hook or stopper?
Lift the flap on the hook or stopper, using a knife blade or knife tip if necessary. Thread the end of the rubber or cord back through the clasp between the “teeth” and close the flap.
