Unique anchoring method – Deadman attachment

In extremely loose terrain, it's advisable to thread the anchor rope through one of the four lower holes and bury the wedge horizontally so that it is completely under the snow/sand.
This anchoring method is known as the “DEADMAN” technique, a simple solution that is ideal for use with these snow/sand wedges.
