Perfect illumination for all distances
The SUPERRAPTOR 3S is equipped with two distinct types of light: a strong, focused beam that reaches far and a wide area floodlight. These can be used separately or simultaneously to achieve both long-range and broad coverage at the same time. Additionally, the lamp features an effective red light with three brightness levels (2 lm, 30 lm, and 120 lm). The advantage of red light is that it preserves night vision, allowing the eyes to adjust better to darkness without glare – making it an excellent choice for nocturnal wildlife observation, hiking, or situations where discreet illumination of the environment is desired.
Red light preserves night vision – precise and unobtrusive illumination
The red light of the SUPERRAPTOR 3S is designed to support stealth in darkness and is well-suited for demanding military and reserve situations. The lamp offers three different red light brightness levels: dim 2 lumens that is especially suitable for authority and military use, along with brighter 30 and 120 lumen modes that provide sufficient illumination for activities such as hunting, wildlife observation, or photography. The advantage of red light is that it does not cause glare or compromise the eyes' sensitivity in the dark, ensuring that vision remains natural even after illuminated use.
Easy to operate – even with gloves on
With a revamped light mode arrangement, mechanical rotary switch, and electronic push-button switch, the lamp is easier to use even in cold conditions. Brightness levels are automatically saved.
Two power modes - choose what suits you
The HM75R SUPERRAPTOR 3S headlamp features two power modes that determine how to utilize the battery’s energy. This allows you to choose whether to maximize runtime or brightness!
Energy Saving Mode (default choice): This energy mode extends usage time, offering longer runtime by emphasizing durability rather than constant high brightness.
Power Mode: This brightness mode allows for prolonged use at higher brightness levels, ideal for situations where brightness is more critical than runtime.
Safe Operation
The SUPERRAPTOR 3S automatically adjusts brightness when the illuminated object is nearby. This prevents overheating of surfaces and makes usage safer.
Compatible with all helmets
The HM75R SUPERRAPTOR 3S can be attached to all helmets, such as bike and work helmets, using the separately purchased Fenix ALG-03 V2.0 helmet mount. For authority and military helmets, we recommend the ALG-04 helmet mount. Quick-release straps make changing attachments quick and easy.
Cost-effective usage
The SUPERRAPTOR 3S utilizes a standard 18650 Li-ion battery, now with an even more efficient 4000 mAh version. Additionally, the lamp can operate on CR123A batteries, ensuring reliability in emergencies and extreme cold, down to -40°C (NOTE! The included Fenix ARB-L18-4000 Li-ion battery functions reliably down to -20°C).
