Tasmanian Tiger Medic Assault Pack MKII IRR A medical backpack that can be conveniently attached to a vest.
The Tasmanian Medic Assault Pack MKII is a compact, flat backpack with a lot of Velcro surface inside for attaching pockets and strap panels. The panels and pockets can be configured to suit your needs. The exterior features laser-cut MOLLE webbing on the sides and front for added capacity. An open pocket for trauma shears is secured with shock cord. There is also a nearly full-length flat zippered pocket on the front.
The main compartment opens fully with a clamshell-style zipper, making it easy to spread open and access the contents.
The pack comes with padded shoulder straps and a thin hip belt. However, the backpack truly excels with its included attachment kit, allowing it to be secured to vest straps and sides with snap buckles. The buckles are positioned for easy removal and reattachment without help.
The bottom has attachment points for packing straps, ideal for securing gear.
A bright orange high-visibility vest is also included.
The material is familiar and reliable 500D Cordura, offering excellent durability while remaining lightweight.
The Tasmanian Tiger IRR complies with German Army standards for IRR protection, designed for products equipped with night vision devices. Unlike many manufacturers, Tasmania didn't take the easy route by treating only the fabric; this includes everything from elastic bands to Velcros, buckles, etc.
The color of the IRR products is Stone Grey Olive, closely resembling the popular Ranger Green shade.
