Delivery terms in brief:
1. Products have a 30-day right of return.
2. Products ordered before 3:00 PM (Finnish time) are delivered to Posti terminal on the same day on week days. Products ordered via PostNord before 3:00 PM (Finnish time) will be picked up by PostNord the following day between 10:00 and 12:00 AM. For custom-made products, the delivery time is 5-30 days depending on the product.
3. If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, or the product is defective, the consumer must immediately notify the US Eagle online store customer service either by email at info@us-eagle.eu or by phone at +358207694320 (Mon-Fri 10-18.00, Sat 10-16.00 Finnish time)
4. US Eagle is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond US Eagle's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of the authority, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that make the operation of the US Eagle online store difficult or impossible.
We strive for the fastest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time is taking longer than normal.
Delivery methods
- Delivery via Posti
Posti home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller shipments will be delivered to the address of your choice. For larger shipments, Posti will agree on a delivery time with you.
You can track the progress of Posti shipments based on the tracking number, which you will receive by email when we send the package.
- Delivery via PostNord My Pack Collect delivery.
PostNord will deliver the products to nearest available pick up point to customer.
- Delivery via PostNord My Pack Home delivery.
PostNord home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Shipments will be delivered to the address of your choice.
Available delivery methods and pricing vary between countries.
3. Payment methods
Klarna Checkout: The options available to you are Invoice, installment payment, online banking and credit cards - all equally secure!
Paytrail: The options available to you are Invoice, installment payment, PayPal, online banking and credit cards - all equally secure!
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express
Walley invoice and installment payment: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have 45 days of interest-free payment. Invoicing surcharge of €3.80.
Klarna invoice: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have 14 days of interest-free payment period. Invoicing surcharge 3.60 euros.
Installment payment - Klarna account: You can pay for your order in installments using Klarna's installment payment method. When paying with Klarna installment payment, Klarna Oy automatically opens an account for you when you place your first order.
You can reduce the balance of the account in monthly installments of your choice, however, at least either €9 or 1/24 of the invoice total, depending on which is greater. You can always pay the invoice total at once if you wish.
All purchases you pay with Klarna installment payment are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly invoice, even when you pay with Klarna installment payment in other online stores. This means that you only receive one invoice per month, with only one billing surcharge regardless of the order amount. Once you have paid the invoice total, the account will be closed automatically.
To approve your purchase, you will be asked for your personal identification number, the address you have registered in the population register and information about your annual income in the shopping cart. You will receive a decision on the approval of your order immediately after confirming your order. When paying with Klarna installments for the first time, you will be sent an account agreement by mail, which you must sign and send to Klarna Oy.

4. Right of return and product exchanges
Products have a 30-day right of return. The returned product must be unused and unaltered and resellable. If the total amount of the order remains below €100 after the return, we will charge the delivery fee according to the normal order. We will retain the delivery fee in cases where the order has been made in vain, not collected from delivery company, due to the customer's own error or the product has been exchanged several times for reasons beyond our control.
