In modern scenarios, it is common to see IFAK pouches positioned on the back of belts, with contents accessible by pulling from either side. Tasmanian Tiger has embraced this trend, resulting in a highly functional pouch at an affordable price for the manufacturer.

The Dual IFAK consists of two parts: a MOLLE-compatible outer sleeve that attaches to any surface available, and a Velcro-sealed insert where medical supplies are stored. The sleeve is constructed from laminated Cordura on both the front and back, with stretch fabric on the top and bottom. On the rear, in addition to MOLLE attachments, there are also loops for a 50mm belt. The front features a Velcro patch for adding a medical insignia. Additionally, there are multiple laser-cut slots for attachments such as a retention strap, or for mounting a direct retention strap pouch. Inside the sleeve is a small Velcro patch that secures the insert in place.

The insert itself is made of laminated Cordura and closes securely with Velcro. Paracord handles on the sides allow for easy extraction of the insert when needed. Inside the insert, there is a pass-through for shock cord, allowing for the attachment of medical supplies. One side features Velcro-compatible slots for additional Velcro inserts and MOLLE pouches, and it comes with a separate approximately 90cm long Velcro One-Wrap strip for creating custom attachment points.

The material is well-known and reliable 500D Cordura, providing excellent durability while remaining lightweight.

Tasmanian Tiger's IRR products meet the German Army standards for infrared protection. Unlike many manufacturers, Tasmanian Tiger went beyond just treating fabric, ensuring that everything—including elastic bands, Velcro, buckles, etc.—is also treated for IRR compliance.

The color of the IRR products is Stone Grey Olive, which is quite close to the popular Ranger Green color.
