Tasmanian Tiger Plate Carrier QR SK Anfibia MKII, Olive Green. A lightweight plate carrier made from rubberized TPU nylon featuring a ROC quick-release buckle. As the name suggests, the Tasmanian Tiger Anfibia plate carrier is specifically designed for operations in wetter conditions. Thanks to the TPU nylon, the vest doesn't absorb much additional weight when wet, and the entire structure is crafted to prevent water from pooling in the plate pockets.
Nevertheless, the Anfibia is also a great choice for tough conditions in drier environments if you seek a low-profile PC. The vest includes two mesh pockets for 30x25cm SAPI plates, but the internal plate pockets also function well without pouches, accommodating plates up to 33x27cm. The plate pockets are open and adjustable with Velcro, while elastic loops on the sides ensure that the plates remain secure, preventing them from shifting or bouncing during movement.
Shoulder straps are adjustable with Velcro and lack excess padding to maintain a low profile, though they feature thin softshell sleeves to protect the user from chafing and assist in routing hydration tubes or radio cords.
The vest is equipped with webbing on the front, back, and sides as a standard plate carrier, allowing for a full loadout if desired. The sides are adjustable for the perfect fit with stretchy cords from the back, and the front secures with a ROC quick-release buckle for quick donnings and doffings. Velcro patches are available on the chest and back for ID or badges.
Every webbing panel on the vest is laser-cut for precision.
