Tasmanian Tiger Tac Pouch 4.1, Black An updated design of the classic Tac Pouch 4 horizontal case. A fantastic addition to any tactical belt or backpack's hip strap!

Despite its significantly different appearance and the somewhat misleading 4.1 name, this is, in essence, the familiar and reliable Tac Pouch 4, now enhanced. The dimensions remain unchanged, but Tasmanian Tiger has restructured its shape to a more box-like form than its predecessor. The solitary MOLLE slot at the front has been replaced with vertical loops which allow for a shock cord grid or the attachment of a side-mounted MOLLE pouch.

The most notable improvement over the previous version is the zippers, which now fully open the pouch in a clamshell style, granting easier access to the internal contents. Additionally, these zippers won't snag in the corners like in the earlier model.

Inside, there’s a small mesh pocket and elastic loops to keep your equipment securely in place.

Attaches to four rows of MOLLE webbing.

The material is 700D Cordura, a fabric well known from other Tasmanian Tiger products, offering greater durability than the more familiar 500D Cordura while being lighter than the heavier 1000D.

Tasmanian Tiger is a sister company of the German brand Tatonka. While Tatonka is known for outdoor gear production, Tasmanian Tiger focuses on high-quality mid-range tactical equipment suitable for both recreational and official use. With a few reservations, these pouches can indeed be used for real combat scenarios, and they have been observed in action during smaller operations.
