Tasmanian Tiger Tac Pouch 4.1 IRR Updated model of the classic Tac Pouch 4 horizontal pocket. A perfect addition to your tactical belt or backpack hip strap!
Though its appearance may differ significantly and the 4.1 name may be somewhat misleading, it is still the familiar and reliable Tac Pouch 4, now enhanced. The dimensions remain the same, but Tasmanian Tiger has revamped the design to be much boxier than before. The single Molle slot in front has been replaced with vertical loops, allowing for the attachment of a shock cord mesh or the mounting of a side Molle pouch.
The biggest improvement over the old model is the zippers, which now open the pouch completely in a clamshell style, providing easier access to your gear inside. The zippers also avoid the snagging issues experienced in the corners of the previous version.
Inside, you’ll find a small mesh pocket along with elastic loops to keep your items securely in place.
Attaches to four wide Molle straps.
The material is 700D Cordura, which is familiar to many users of Tasmanian Tiger’s products. It offers superior durability compared to the commonly known 500D Cordura while being lighter than the heavier 1000D variant.
Tasmanian Tiger's IRR line features products that comply with the German Army's standards for IRR protection against night vision devices. Unlike many manufacturers who cut corners by only treating the fabric, Tasmanian Tiger ensures that everything, including elastic bands, Velcro, buckles, and more, is also treated.
The color of the IRR products is Stone Grey Olive, which closely resembles the popular Ranger Green color.
