US Army M1 Helmet with Inner Liner, Surplus With inner helmet
Please enter your email address and we will send you a notification when the product is in stock again. After this your email will be removed from our list.
US Army M1 Helmet with Liner, Surplus. This package includes a steel outer shell and a plastic liner. These helmets resemble the iconic US Army M1 design but were manufactured in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, or the Netherlands.
Helmets were produced in several countries following the same mold, so these too are made using the same "template." The materials and countries of origin may vary, and some may even include authentic US components. Primarily, helmets are either unused or lightly used and in good condition. The liner is manufactured by Mil-Tec.
M1 helmets replaced the M1917A1 "Kelly" helmet, which was used in both World Wars. The M1 helmet was in service from 1941 until the late 1980s. It was eventually replaced by the Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops (PASGT) helmet, which was used until the 2000s.
Condition: The inner part is a reproduction, while the steel helmet may be new or surplus. They are often assembled from new and used parts by a German wholesaler.
Model: US Army M1
Manufacturing Country: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, or the United States
NOTE! These helmets are intended for decorative use or collection only. They are not suitable for personal protection!
