Hearty is an extremely tasty meal packed with a good amount of protein (approx. 21 g / meal).
Instant Meal Hearty
Hearty has a moderate kick, being slightly spicy with about 500 calories per serving. It consists of delicious rice noodles, dehydrated meat, vegetables, and a good amount of butter powder. The butter powder adds a delightfully creamy flavor to Hearty. It contains about 21g of protein per meal, quite satisfying. Just add water and wait about 10 minutes.
Preparation of Dehydrated Meal
- Boil Water. Tear open the pouch from the tear notch at the top.
- Pour hot water into the pouch until it reaches the same level as the top of the dehydrated meal (about 1.5dl).
- Open the bottom of the pouch completely.
- Stir the dehydrated meal thoroughly with the water for the best outcome.
- Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Carefully tear the pouch from the halfway point to remove excess packaging material for easier eating. Be careful that the pouch does not tear downward.
