Dehydrated Meal Mättö

Mättö is made from Dry Meat Buddy's dehydrated food and contains 600 calories per meal. You'll find an excellent 23 g of protein in a bag of Mättö. It includes dried meat, vegetables, and rice noodles. The creamy texture is thanks to the savory butter powder, which adds beneficial fat and flavor to the food. Just add water, wait for about 10 minutes, and you're good to go.

Preparing the Dehydrated Meal

- Boil water. Open the bag at the tear notch above the resealable mechanism.
- Pour hot water into the bag until it reaches the level of the dehydrated food surface. Approximately 1.5 dl.
- Open the bottom of the bag completely.
- Mix the dehydrated food thoroughly with the water to achieve an even consistency.
- Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Tear the bag partially from the tear notch to remove excess packaging material for easier eating, being careful not to rip the bag from the bottom.
