Lowa Z-8 GTX C, Black Combat and Leisure Boot. The Lowa Z-8 GTX C features a 20 cm high upper, delivering versatility, sturdiness, and durability with Gore-Tex membrane protection (tactical boot). The lightweight and waterproof Lowa Z-8 GTX C model includes Lowa's DuraPU™ midsole, providing excellent foot support, and an extra-stable PU MONOWRAP® construction that protects the foot over varying terrains and in rapid maneuvers. Made with nubuck leather and durable textile on the rear of the upper, the textile adds flexibility and comfort. Lowa's patented MONOWRAP construction prevents lateral movement of the foot, ensuring each step is precise. All Lowa footwear is manufactured in Europe! This boot is an excellent choice for hiking and trekking, SRA, softops, reserve duties, or any rugged outdoor activity. Please note, these are membrane boots. Do not use traditional wax but only membrane-friendly wax products. Our selection includes Haix black membrane wax and Lowa's colorless wax.

Size: Sizes run small; please follow the millimeter size chart for sizing. The sizes are listed as UK size, then standard shoe size, and finally the insole length. The best way is to measure the insole length of an existing shoe and choose accordingly. The footwear comes in half sizes, so select the larger size when in doubt. The fit is standard – neither wide nor narrow. A correct size leaves about 1-1.5 cm of space at the front, and the heel should not lift. If the heel shifts in an oversize boot, it will cause premature wear on the inner material.
