The bag contains a fill line, so you don't need to measure hot water separately. Summit To Eat outdoor meals are free from maltodextrin, palm fat, sodium glutamate, and artificial flavors. Outdoor meal serving size: 478 g

Preparing the outdoor meal:

- Tear open the bag at the marked spot and remove the oxygen absorber
- Add 3.6 dl of boiling water or fill to the fill line
- Mix well and seal the bag
- Wait a few minutes, stir again, and enjoy!

If there’s leftover water in the bag, it can be carefully poured out.
