Haix Black Eagle Safety 56 LL Mid Leather Boot. The Haix Black Eagle Safety 56 LL is a fully leather, mid-height safety boot with S3 safety classification, designed for professional and recreational use. The leather of the Safety 56 LL boot has been treated with Sun Reflect technology, reflecting most of the sun’s heat away to keep your feet cool even in warm summer conditions. Additionally, the boot features a Micro-Dry system that pumps air out of the ventilation holes with every step. The insole contains AIR FLOW channels to keep your feet cool. The sole is made of a robust rubber compound that adapts to the foot, providing resistance against heat, fuels, and oils. The sole is also designed to protect against impacts and conform to uneven terrains. It is also rugged and grips well, even in winter cold. The boot features traditional lacing, with lower sections having fixed loops and the two top ones being open loops.

This boot does not have a Gore-Tex membrane, but the strong leather is water-repellent. You can maintain these boots with regular shoe polish. The boots meet all the strict standards of S3 safety classification, making them suitable for authorities, construction sites, logistics, and even as safety footwear for individual homeowners or for cabin use. The boot offers ESD electrostatic protection, complying with DIN EN 61340-4:3:2002 standard. It features a flexible, lightweight, and metal-free nail penetration protection as well as a composite safety toe. The boot comes with a slightly wider fit.

ESD: ESD protection refers to methods aimed at controlling electrostatic discharges. The goal of the protection is to remove insulating materials or prevent the accumulation of charge from insulation through the use of conducting materials.
