Helikon-Tex SFU NEXT Pants, Woodland. The SFU NEXT (Special Forces Uniform NEXT) pants represent Helikon-Tex's vision of a modernized cargo pant. They are comfortably loose but fit less baggily than standard BDU cargo pants, retaining classic cargo pant features.

The waist features Velcro adjustments, allowing for a tighter or looser fit if needed. Critical areas like the crotch and knees have double-layered fabric to extend the life of the pants. You can also slide in soft knee pads between the double fabric for extra protection, which can be fashioned from materials like a foam pad or purchased separately. The knee pad pockets are ergonomically shaped to prevent bunching and close with Velcro. The pants feature six belt loops, approximately 50 mm wide, and also have plastic D-rings beneath the front belt loops for attaching items like keys. They have a button closure and no zipper.

The SFU NEXT pants include nine pockets in total, with classic open front and back pockets. The front pockets have reinforced edges to protect against wear from tools and gear. There’s also a small, handy open EDC pocket on the thigh for smaller items. Large yet low-profile cargo pockets on the thighs maintain their shape even when empty. These cargo pockets close with Velcro and have buttons that can thread through loops for added closure security. A small flap pocket is also located on the right calf for items like tension straps.

Washing Instructions: Wash with similar colors at 30 degrees Celsius, do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Iron on a low setting, preferably through another fabric.
