UphillSport Recon Tactical Socks with four-layer construction. The Recon sock is extremely versatile for demanding use. In conditions requiring around-the-clock wear, the sock must be warm, breathable, and cooling while remaining soft and comfortable throughout use. These demanding features are achieved through a multi-layer construction combining the right materials. Merino wool retains warmth while allowing air to flow between your foot and the boot. The Merino wool terry sole is soft, shock-absorbing while walking. Coolmax fiber balances foot temperature, and polypropylene efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin. Despite its outstanding warmth, the sock possesses a medium thickness.
