UphillSport ROVA Hunting and Fishing Socks, 4-Layer, Green. The UphillSport ROVA is a 4-layer sock designed for year-round conditions. Developed specifically for the hunting terrains of Rovajärvi, it meets the rugged demands of the area. The structure of the foot section includes 4 layers to move moisture away from the skin. The innermost layer is polypropylene infused with silver ions for antibacterial properties. The next layer is merino wool, which absorbs moisture from the inner layer and breathes and evaporates it outward. Merino wool traps a substantial amount of air, acting as insulation against the cold while effectively venting moisture. During breaks, the socks dry quickly and resist odors even with prolonged wear, enhanced by the polypropylene with silver ions for improved antibacterial action. The outer layer consists of merino wool for breathability and warmth.

The sock shaft is reinforced with elastane to ensure it stays securely in place. Additional tightening around the ankle and instep enhances fit, while the toe area is seamless.

Recommended for hunting and fishing trips, whether it's a one-day expedition or a week-long adventure with two pairs to spare.

When selecting sizes, consider that merino wool socks include a 3-5% shrinkage allowance. It's advisable to wash the socks before the first use to ensure they fit properly. Merino wool terry bottom socks are slightly wider than standard measurements. For terry bottom sock models, the appropriate size may be one size smaller than usual.
