UphillSport Rova Merino Wool Socks for Hunting and Fishing, Grey. These merino wool socks feature a 4-layer construction designed for year-round use. Engineered to meet the demands of the rugged Rovajärvi hunting grounds, the Uphill Rova text is knitted into the back of the cuff.

The Rova socks utilize a full 4-layer construction, allowing for optimal usage of the materials' best qualities. The foot section is entirely made from merino wool. A lightweight arch tightening and above-ankle support enhance the fit of the socks. With a thermal rating of 5, they are one of the warmest socks in our collection. The seamless toe design minimizes the risk of blisters.

While these socks are designed specifically for fishing and hunting, they are versatile enough for other outdoor activities year-round.

The combination of merino wool and polypropylene effectively manages moisture, keeping feet dry and comfortable. Merino wool promotes breathability and provides warmth. Thanks to its antibacterial properties, merino wool socks resist odors even with moderate sweating during use. This extends the interval between washes and optimizes their lifecycle.

The Rova socks fit well in rubber boots, tall shoes, and waterproof footwear.

This product is made at the Sukkamestarit factory in Ylöjärvi, employing 100% Finnish labor.

Care instructions:

We recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use.
For merino socks, airing them is often sufficient.
Gently wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
Use the lightest spin possible.
Using a wash bag will help to preserve the product's lifespan.
Do not use detergents containing fabric softeners or bleaches.
Avoid using a tumble dryer or drying programs.
Keep in mind that merino wool socks may shrink in the wash; shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore original size.
Use a lint remover - merino wool socks can pill easily from friction.

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool possesses excellent usability properties, as it breathes well and provides good insulation. Naturally renewable and biodegradable, wool fibers efficiently absorb moisture without wrinkling and dry quickly. For wool products, airing is sometimes sufficient instead of washing. Wool is inherently fire-resistant and highly durable against bacteria and mold.
