Marras RAAM 4 Mag Chest Rig Carrying System, M05. The Marras RAAM 4 Mag is a versatile and modular chest rig carrying system designed for four 5.56mm magazines. The system's core consists of Marras's detachable front panel for four magazines, along with separate side panels and fully adjustable shoulder and back straps.
A significant advantage of the RAAM is its modularity. The front panel can be used both as part of the chest rig as well as the front panel of a compatible plate carrier. This allows the same magazines, pouches, and other gear attached to the front panel to be transferred from the plate carrier to the chest rig without needing to detach and reattach each piece of equipment.
The four 5.56mm magazines are housed in an elastic inner compartment, where CURV reinforcements facilitate easy removal and reinsertion of magazines. The four-magazine front panel is wider than the 3 Mag version, offering one extra magazine capacity. The wider structure is especially suited for users who prefer to carry four magazines directly on the front of the chest rig.
The sides of the chest rig feature laminate (Tegris) panels three MOLLE columns wide for attaching additional pouches and gear. The side panels are detachable, and they also have MOLLE attachment points on their backs.
The shoulder straps are adaptable and include laser-cut MOLLE attachment points as well as OneWrap Velcro for routing hydration bladder hoses, wires, and antennas. Additionally, the straps have attachment points for elastic cords, allowing for the securing of smaller accessories.
The RAAM 4 Mag offers a lightweight and configurable platform for carrying gear when a plate carrier is not needed. The M05 camo pattern is compatible with other M05 equipment.
