First aid pouch featuring a quick-draw panel. The large horizontal pocket has a bottom flap secured with Velcro, through which the internal panel’s pull handle (pull handles) emerges. The back is equipped with extensive MOLLE/PALS webbing for customizable mounting. The pull-out panel has elastic bands on one side and tension straps on the other side for secure storage. Easily and quickly deploy the panel using either the red or green zipper (the panel can be installed in either orientation inside the pocket). Note: The pocket does not include first aid supplies.
