The IFAK Pouch S MKII boasts a width of 4 compartments, allowing for optimal medical organization. Inside the pouch, a reinforced panel securely holds your medical supplies, which can be effortlessly pulled out by the red pull tab that remains visible. The panel is also reversible, changing from a bright red color to black.

The panel features elastic loops that secure your gear in place, preventing items from spilling out when the panel is quickly deployed.

The pouch closes with a Velcro flap and has additional elastic loops on the sides for securing items like tourniquets. It can also be attached to 50mm belts.
