The IFAK Pouch S MKII is a 4-channel wide compact medical pouch. Inside the pouch is a reinforced panel that securely holds medical supplies, easily accessible by pulling on the attached red tab. The panel is reversible, allowing the bright red color to switch to black. It includes elastic loops to secure your gear in place, preventing items from scattering when the panel is pulled out.
The pouch secures with a Velcro flap, and elastic loops on the sides allow you to attach items like a tourniquet. It can also be attached to a 50mm belt.
