Tasmanian Tiger SGL Mag Pouch, MCL LP, IRR. Tasmanian Tiger SGL Mag Pouch MCL LP stands for Single Mag Pouch Multi-Calibre Low Profile. As the name suggests, this pouch accommodates one piece of magazines for various calibers. The manufacturer guarantees compatibility with AR-15, SG550, and AUG magazines, but from our own experience, this pouch can also fit FAL magazines if required.

The construction is very similar to Tasmanian Tiger's standard quick-draw model with a few differences; the classic shock cord tightening has been replaced with an adjustable elastic band that can be limited using a Velcro slider, which can also be completely removed if necessary. On top of the pouch, there is one central MOLLE webbing that conveniently allows mounting a similar pistol magazine pouch. Inside the pouch, there are small grip surfaces to reduce the risk of magazines falling out. The structure is reinforced with plastic plates that remain under the fabric. The pouch attaches to two MOLLE webbing straps.

The material is the reliable 500D Cordura, offering excellent durability while remaining lightweight and comfortable.

Tasmanian Tiger’s IRR, which protects against night vision devices, meets the German Army's standards for IRR protection. Unlike many manufacturers, Tasmanian Tiger did not cut corners by only treating the fabric; instead, all components, including elastic bands, Velcro, buckles, and more, are treated as well.

The color of the IRR products is Stone Grey Olive, which is very close to the popular Ranger Green color.
