SA M05 - Multi-layer Wool Socks, Merino Wool, Green. A long-standing favorite used by the Finnish Defence Forces! These Merino wool socks are incredibly durable base socks. The design features stripes that vary by size. (No stripe for size 37-39, and 4 stripes for size 49-51).
The foot portion of the socks is knitted with a multi-layer structure. The socks are exceptionally breathable and moisture-wicking. Merino wool keeps you warm and dry, making it the best material for year-round wear in various conditions. The ankle-length shaft effectively protects your feet from the cold.

The socks are perfect for everyday use, sports, and work. They can be worn as a base layer under thicker Merino wool socks for extra warmth or on their own in milder conditions.

Merino wool not only adds warmth but also breathability and antimicrobial properties to the socks. They do not develop odors easily, even if your feet sweat throughout the day, which also extends the washing intervals and keeps them fresher for longer. Polypropylene effectively transfers moisture away from the skin, keeping your feet dry. Polyamide enhances the durability of the socks.

Wear them with sneakers, boots, or high-cut shoes.

Care Instructions:

We recommend pre-washing the Merino wool socks before initial use.
For Merino socks, regular airing is often sufficient instead of washing.
Gentle wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
Use the lightest spin cycle possible.
Using a laundry bag will help reduce wear on the product.
Avoid using detergents with fabric softeners or bleach.
Do not tumble dry or use drying programs.
Keep in mind that Merino wool socks may shrink in wash; reshape/stretch the socks while damp to restore original size.
Use a lint remover because Merino wool can pill easily with friction.

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent properties because it breathes well and provides great insulation. It is a renewable and biodegradable natural fiber that absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle, and recovers quickly. For wool products, sometimes airing out is enough instead of washing. Wool is naturally flame-resistant and is very resistant to bacteria and mold. Wash instructions: Wash at 40 degrees, tumble drying is not recommended. Merino wool socks may shrink slightly in the wash, but this has been accounted for in the sizing.

Size: If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. The socks stretch well to fit your feet, and oversized socks will twist on your feet.

Color: Green/sage. Gray rings on the ankle according to size. Size 37-39 has no ring. Sizes 40-42 have one ring. Sizes 43-45 have two rings. Sizes 46-48 have three rings. Convenient!
